Today I’m seeing the traditional version again but nothing happens when I click on the Reply buttons (even in a different browser with lower security settings). Yesterday I was being taken to a version of this site with a completely different visual format (I’m guessing it’s a newer version) in which comments were not appearing no matter how much I tweaked my browser. There are other browsers for macOS besides Safari. Create database - Welcome screen The database creation wizard appears. Click the create new database button (A): Figure 5. To create a database, perform the following steps: Open your KeePassXC application. Now you can just install KeePass on a Mac by installing the dmg file. I’m having trouble with Ghacks these last couple of days. KeePassXC works great on the Mac with Firefox, Chome, and Chromium for me. To start using KeePassXC, you need to first create a database that will store the password and other details. NOTE: KeePass and KeePassX are not equal software. KeePassXC differs from KeePass because it works on Linux, Mac, and Windows. Sorry for not replying directly to your comment with the Reply button. KeePassXC is a community-developed open-source fork of KeePass, one of the best password managers for Windows. But for me, KeePass X/XC are both more than “good enough” for my needs, and definitely better than the alternatives I’ve found. This might be what you’re really complaining about, and I have to agree that the forked projects really lag behind the original Mono-based KeePass for Windows. Of course, that doesn’t mean all forks have the same level of development effort. Every fork of an open source project is equally “official”, which is to say that each one is supported by the developers who created it. KeePassXC 2.6. I’m not sure what kind of support you’re looking for. The fourth maintenance update for KeePassXC 2.6 was released with various minor bug-fixes, and some new features. “the fact that there is no official support for Linux and Mac is a huge drawback”
